She is a veteran in advancing agendas, motivating stakeholders, raising funds and driving sales with high-impact strategic marketing and communications. Jennifer’s holistic approach includes understanding every client’s mission and value proposition along with its leaders’ motivations. Clients benefit from Jennifer’s goal oriented style and big picture vision.

Jennifer’s experience has spanned multiple industries and sectors, including government, nonprofit education and advocacy, retail, service and CPG, providing knowledge and perspective across a breadth of business challenges. Jennifer holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy from the State University of New York at Albany (Rockefeller College of Public Affairs.) She is a member of Leadership Arlington (class of 2015), active in the Arlington Chamber of Commerce, and she is a past-President and on the Board of Directors for Bridges to Independence. Jennifer lives and works in Arlington, VA with her husband, three boys, and a dog.

Kayla Fagan

Senior Marketing Manager

Kayla has several years of experience in social media content writing, graphic design, and marketing management. She manages client social media and supports campaign development. As a military spouse, her marketing experience is heavily rooted in non-profit military marketing. Prior to joining the Arlington Strategy team, she was the Marketing Director at her last duty station. Kayla earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Communication – Public Relations from Virginia Tech. She lives in Springfield, VA with her husband and two young children. In her free time, Kayla enjoys photography, reading and traveling.

UI, Web, & Graphic Designer / Developer

Ashley possesses a wide range of skills that allows her to knock any creative challenge out of the park. For over 12 years she’s worked on projects ranging from business card design to full-scale identity design and branding for large companies. She can also create websites of any breadth, from sweet and simple to complicated member management and eCommerce sites. Ashley earned her Bachelor’s of Fine Art from Rhode Island School of Design. Before joining Arlington Strategy, Ashley worked as a web designer for Martha Stewart Omnimedia and for a Webby Award-winning web solutions firm. She lives with her husband and 2 sons in Gaithersburg, MD.

Dasha Hermosilla

Marketing Manager

Before Dasha joined Arlington Strategy in 2018, she spent many years running social media for a variety of organizations including Moms Demand Action and Moms Run This Town. In her prior work life, she was a Certified Public Accountant and did financial reporting for SEC companies where she developed an acute attention to detail that serves our clients well. Dasha holds a degree in Economics from Washington and Lee University. In her current role, Dasha oversees email marketing, monthly metrics reporting and supports our advertising strategy.

After studying English and marketing at the College of William & Mary, Jen has spent her 20+-year-career developing and executing marketing materials and strategies for a range of client types. Her specific experience includes the creation, execution, and measurement of strategic marketing campaigns; brand advocacy and message development; and design and management of internal and external communications. Jen works with her teams to help them figure out what they want to say, what they should say, and why. She is passionate about the look-and-feel of everything that speaks for who you are: catchy and clear messaging, well-written–and well-edited–communications, visually-compelling designs, and a strong foundation of strategy for all of it. She’s also passionate about good books, the Chicago Cubs, the Outer Banks of North Carolina, and tacos. She lives with her husband, kiddos, dog, and–to her chagrin–Mango the gecko.

Emily Rehr

Creative Coordinator

Emily is a current student at George Mason University, pursuing a Bachelor’s of Fine Art in graphic design. Having previous experience in marketing as a graphic design and communications assistant for Mason’s College of Science and New Student Family Program’s office, she has brought her skills and knowledge to Arlington Strategy. Working alongside the marketing team, Emily helps with campaign development, social media support, and creative needs. When she is not working, you can find her at the gym, working on art projects, enjoying the outdoors and shredding at the skate park!
